Process over results
It is easy to look at the above photo and think about how far we must go to renovate this old gym. We so eagerly want results now. The same goes for our wrestling development. However, we must forgo the short-term results mindset for a process-focused mind with a long-term vision.
Collaboration > Self-focused
I love this photo from our very first session of IWA. It depicts many people from many different walks of life, with a variety of experiences. At IWA, we believe collaboration wins out over being focused on one-self.
