Program Vision: This program is a winter-only program that aims to introduce and develop core positions and skills.
Competition: none — just enjoy the sport!

General Info about Novice Ninjas:
The Novice Ninjas program at Impact Wrestling Academy is the perfect introduction for young athletes with 0-1 years of wrestling experience. Just like ninjas starting their journey, our Novice Ninjas focus on building a strong foundation in agility, technique, and discipline. This program is tailored to teach the basics of wrestling in a fun, supportive environment, helping newcomers develop the skills and confidence they need to excel on the mat.
Through carefully designed drills and hands-on coaching, Novice Ninjas learn the core movements, strategies, and sportsmanship essential to the sport, setting them on the path toward growth and success. Whether you're just starting or eager to explore your potential, the Novice Ninjas program welcomes you to discover the exciting world of wrestling. Embrace the ninja mindset and begin your journey today!
Note: Active USA Wrestling registration required (~$15 per year)
Junior Warriors (Ages 8-13 | 1-3 Years Experience)
Program Vision: This program is a year-round program that aims to help develop core positions and skills that lead to long-term success.
Competition: on average, 1-2 competitions per month

Elite Samurai Program (Ages 13 and Up | 4+ Years Experience)

The Elite Samurai program at Impact Wrestling Academy is designed for elite high school wrestlers ready to sharpen their skills and compete at the highest levels. Like the disciplined samurai warriors, these athletes focus on mastering the technical, mental, and physical aspects of the sport, honing their craft with precision and determination. These classes are designed for those athletes who are serious about achieving their goals.
This program offers intense training, strategic development, and competition preparation to elevate each wrestler's performance. Through advanced drills, conditioning, and personalized coaching, Elite Samurai athletes push their limits to dominate on the mat and prepare for collegiate-level competition and beyond. Join the ranks of the Elite Samurai and embrace the relentless pursuit of excellence.
